Let’s face it, adventuring can be rough! Your swimsuit goes with you to the beach, the pool, maybe even on hikes and across oceans. We’ve all learned the tell-tale signs of an old, tired swimsuit…
Faded colors.
Sagging material.
Pilling and snags.
Lost support.
Who has time for digging through their drawers to find the least-worn suit before you head out? Not us! Did you know that most reliable sources, including reputable high-quality swim retailers, typically say your suit should last 4 months to a year?
Seriously! Just one year!
That’s not our jam. At Albion we want you to be so in love with your suit that you want to enjoy it for years (that’s plural). Plus, we want your suit to still look and feel great. Our styles are designed to be timeless, flattering, and flexible–but what good is that if your suit only lasts months?
While we focus on great quality and design, we know even our suits won’t last forever. And if you’ve been suffering through a less-than-stellar suit from anywhere else, we want to help you recycle it and give Albion swim a try!
Introducing the Albion Retro-Fit Program
Here’s the deal! You can bring in any swimming suit to one of our stores, leave it with us to be donated or recycled, and we’ll give you a discount on a new, long-lasting Albion suit! That’s for recycling any suit, not just old Albion ones! You can put your old suit toward:
$20 off a new one-piece swimsuit | $15 off a new swim top
$10 off a new swim bottom | $10 off swim trunks or a child swimsuit
You’re welcome to bring in as many old suits as you like, but you may only apply one retro-fit discount for each new suit. Old kiddo suits and men’s swim trunks are fair game, too! The discount is good for any swimsuit in our stores–classics, new releases, everything!
There is a LOT to love about this program. Our mission has always been to help customers feel amazing, which a new, well-made swimsuit absolutely does! But we also believe in being conscious and intentional with our fashion choices. We have so much pride in our manufacturing and design process as we sustainably create pieces that are made to last both in construction and style. We’re excited to take that devotion full circle to help you responsibly retire your old swimsuits!
When you choose to bring an old suit to our stores it’s either recycled or donated. Both groups work to keep clothes out of landfills, making fashion more sustainable! Then you can shop with our stylists, finding the perfect new suit, knowing it’s made to last.
